Sales Manager

The New Fork is looking for a Sales Manager. The New Fork is a new style company based in Amsterdam. With agriculture in our DNA and inspired by information technology, we work on blockchain to improve global food systems. We build open public blockchain solutions for (large) agrifood brands and supply chain consortia.


Our new Sales manager has outstanding sales skills, a structured way of working and preferably a network in the agrifood sector. Your mission is to identify and onboard new clients, to guide clients through the benefits of new technology and make them want to implement our blockchain solutions. You help them through the blockchain implementation process, you identify the clients needs and translate their requirements for the development team. You want to make our clients happy, while you transfer our food system in a fun, healthy and sustainable system. Does this sound like you? Apply now!


  • Translate blockchain into tangible products 
  • Translate and prioritize clients’ needs into features and backlogs 
  • Lead generation at C-level with current and prospective clients
  • Managing our customer journey and CRM system (Hubspot) 
  • Make blockchain development feel as something light, productive and elevating



  • At least 3-5 years experience in B2B software development and sales 
  • Affinity with decentralized technologies 
  • Experience with lead generating/sales for big software projects
  • Knowledge of the agrifood industry and food supply chains
  • Experience with vision selling and long sales cycles
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in English
  • Outstanding capabilities with Google suite, visual tools and Jira 
  • Outgoing personality, likes to meet new people
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced high-pressure environment



  • Product Owner experience and certification
  • Great ideas on process automation
  • Experience with subscription selling
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal skills in Dutch
